So I did end up going to Ripley's Aquarium and was quite impressed by it! Yet another reason to be jealous of Toronto. I'll post some pics later.
To wrap up my brief trip to T-dot-OH-myyyy, I made a stop at Canada Corals before flying out.

I have to say, OH Myyyy.. indeed. This is by far the best reef storefront I have ever seen. As soon as you set foot in the door you immediately know that this place is something different, something special. Sure, it's just a fish/coral store, but the execution is by far the best I have seen in the business. Imagine if

The Apple Store had a baby and sold corals. That's Canada Corals. There attention to detail is evident in every facet of their store, their corals, husbandry and their presentation. From the posh sitting room in their reception area to their clean, modern coral beds to their well stocked, organized, and tidy product wall. It all exudes class. And on top of all of that, their coral beds were filled with some of the best corals I have ever laid eyes on.
If you live in TO and haven't made your way over to their store yet, you need to! If you find yourself in TO on vacay or business, you need to! Your mind will be blown. Consider this your warning.
