My wife was pretty good once she figured out she had to eat something ASAP when she got up in the morning. Actually i think the trick was to try to keep some food in your stomach at all times. If you feel 'hungry' it may be too late.

It may not work for everyone but it did help a lot for my wife.

Just asked her actually and she mentioned that she would have breakfast as soon as she woke up then a 2nd breakfast once she got to work. She also had little snacks frequently during the day between regular meals.

My wife said, Ginerale and crackers (duhh... :lol:) also peppermint was a good one like teas and peppermints and things helped.
