Excellent question as that's to be determined as of yet......I have a lot of stuff to do to my house before I could sell it, and a hell of a lot more stuff to move......but as I think he'll never move here I might be the one who has to move, for us to stay together. However if I can't sell my house for the right price to be able to buy a house in Calgary.....then who knows what'll happen. Would be easier if he had a place in Calgary for us to live in together, but the basement suite he rents doesn't allow pets and is tiny.

So had an interesting day playing plumber

called a plumber to unclog my bathtub. my appointment was at 8am and they delayed it till 3pm. He comes, tells me a story about my plumbing and says its going to cost me $500 and he has to cut a hole in my wall. After he left i went to the closet that is on the other side of the wall and guess what, an access point. I open it and the plumbing he described was wrong, it wasn't a "p" but it went straight down.

So I run over to crappy tire, spend $30 and guess who has a draining bath tub now

but they charged me a $40 traveling fee... to misdiagnose the problem

Thats not bad, I spent 150$ here for traveling fee. All for a clogged toilet. That will be the last time I do that.

I was just upset that he didn't take the time to properly look before quoting me

with mechanics you make sure you are right before you quote a customer. Than again I wonder how honest he would have been if I gave him the go ahead

Thanks for the sympathy guys. :D They are a tad bit early due to moms health so they won't be coming home just yet. That will give us time to adjust.
