I decided to add calcium to the tank cause its been at 340 for the as 6 months, then today its 460, corals are bleached inverts dying.. not sure if that what it was, but I did a 25% WC and am doing one more tomorrow, nothings open at the moment, but the fish are all fine.. damn I hope the corals recover

I'm thinking so. I added the recommended amount, but thats to buffer the CA to 440-460 now if my CA was only slightly low, say 400 it wouldnt have been so harsh, but with it down in the mid to low 300's its a big jump overnight. anyhow no more dosing for me for a while. "Go slow, let it grow" that should get tattooed on my forehead:lol:

after a rough day, this actually put a smile on my face knowing I'm not the most incompetent thing on this earth ;)
