Thanks.... It's mind over matter I think. My hubby quit using champix 4 1/2 months ago.
Smoking was kinda making me feel like crap..... Don't get me wrong I loved smoking!!!! Then I started thinking about it and decided it was time to quit. I will be 34 this month and I have smoked for 21 yrs. So that in mind, I quit. Keeping a running dialogue with yourself like a total lunatic seems to be the key........

Smoking was a total stress reliever for me too....3 kids- 6 yr old boy/ 11 yr old girl/ 14yr old boy who is also a type1 diabetic. I smoked outside as long as I've had kids. Since my hubby quit I pretty much only smoked half a smoke at a time. I literally gagged on a regular basis smoking, especially the last 1-2 yrs. I did a fair bit of surfing at whyquit.com. I have drank copious amounts of cranberry juice too. All in all I'm feeling pretty good... Don't get me wrong I have had craves....BUT!!! The key is " I DON'T SMOKE ANYMORE!!"
Set a date! Read alot on that site..... You can do it!!!

i will do that thank you my main incentive is my girls for quitting. i just have no willpower at this time lol
