I figured it would take less time and money to put the overflows back on then it would to fix the drywall, door jamb and casing......I may have been wrong.....I have a new least favorite tank chore.....scraping silicone off glass....took way longer then I thought to get the glass clean enough to re-silicone....between all the running around I had to do and the time sucking vortex of scraping silicone I only managed to get one of the overflows glued back on before I had to leave for C-town to get the bosses truck back......will be back in E-town this coming w/e to get the second overflow stuck on and the plumbing done.... I get distracted by Lauries tanks too.....hey a couple pix is better than no pix....thanks again mang! |

thanks man....I did get lucky with the floor.... my build isnt actually taking that long now that I have the tank.....oh well waiting as long as I did for the tank allowed me to save the coin to go high-end-ish with my equipement....good to hear you got your tank salty! Quote:
my job was to get her wet....now its Lauries job to make it salty:mrgreen: |
Good to see her wet man. That skimmer is a brute lol. I've seen full reef tanks smaller than that skimmer.

I got off work a little early today so I figured if I wasnt making money, I should go spend some.....good logic eh?....I picked up the last remaining pieces of the puzzle today.....I had one from before and got three today...lighting done, *check*....hopefully this will be all the tank needs and I dont have to use my T5s .....also grabbed another 300w heater for good measure... http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...2/IMGP6270.jpg |
