for having 14 group orders going on at the same time Burc has done an amazing job! communication has been great. All parties involved including the 13 people from edmonton are awesome to deal with. All i ask is for the next order, don't wait until it's put in to cancel it becuase your wife says no! please discuss all purchases beforehand! makes a lot less work for me and Burc!

I have recently recieved an order from Burc that had issues. His communication was fairly prompt, responses were initially frustrating for me but eventually things were resolved to my satisfaction. I plan on ordering from him again in the future. I think he is just so busy that the squeaky wheel gets the oil. I don't feel luck had anything to do with it. Also... I think if you order two pieces of the same thing he just sends double the head count/size but as one piece. Just a heads up.

alright, it's getting late and i have two people that i can't get a hold of... should i wait until 8:00pm our time then cut them out of the order?! need to have everything finalized as our order ships tomorrow afternoon and i don't care to have this take up my work day tomorrow!

Did anyone happen to order SPS? I'm about to place an order with the Calgary group. I hear talk about LPS and Zoas only. Anyone offer feedback on SPS thru fragalot? Looking at $200 in SPS I am interested.

First is under my blues (top to bottom: teal/red acan, neon rainbow acan, red teal from last shipment, and the sparkle acan), then is regular light, then the sparkle and the last is my hulk acan from the previous order! Sorry for the bad quality, taken with my blackberry!!

I got several sps separate from the order on this thread and am happy with them. Colors were not as intense as on Burc's site, but they have been in my tank for a week or so and are intensifying nicely. I lost two out of about a dozen sps frags, but Burc took care of me so I am plenty happy with my purchase. This pic was taken a couple of minutes ago, after a bit over a week in my tank. Lighting is dual 14K Phoenix 250W HQI only.
