After a 12 hour shift, 20 mins in front of my reef can make it all melt away, its like a neon zen garden filled with wierd little aliens.

90 gallon reef, 55 gallon sump, 20 gallon refugium........as for relieving stress can sit n watch for hours and the actual work or maintenance is quite therapeutic as well, I find.
