alright, so everyone is paid up. If you all wouldn't mind PMing me addresses where you would like your corals delivered I'll make a schedule thinger. Depending on arrival time, Eyford01 will be helping me with deliveries, but I'll get ahold of him when I know more.

Remember to have $13 ready for me to cover your guys' portion of shipping so I can give it to Tony, who I'll drop corals off last at.

Wooopie!

Pazil 05-05-2009 08:09 PM

WOW!!!! Randy this sure is nice of you guys..... I will PM my address now.

Cheers
Lawrence

Delphinus 05-05-2009 08:12 PM

Yes thank you Randi for organizing/coordinating/everything/etc. :)

Rbacchiega 05-05-2009 08:17 PM

not a problem fellas. Gives me chance to get out of the house for a bit....AND I get to look at tanks, which is always great

Delphinus 05-05-2009 08:45 PM

Oh CRAP. Guess I know what I'm doing tonight!!! :p

Rbacchiega 05-05-2009 08:59 PM

buying me a pony? Cuz that would be AWESOME.

Delphinus 05-05-2009 11:09 PM

But of course! Unless, somehow, "buying a pony" is not the same thing as "cleaning the glass, and shovelling the pile of GKW in the basement off to the sides so people can walk down there".

Rbacchiega 05-05-2009 11:26 PM

maybe hold off on it for one more night Tony,I havn't heard anything from Ian as to shipping/arrival time.

Rbacchiega 05-06-2009 04:37 AM

ETA is around 5ish, so once I get everyone's address I'll let you know the order of delivery!

Rbacchiega 05-06-2009 06:40 PM

Woot Woot! Today's the day!

I'll be delivering Tony and Lawrence's corals, Eyford01 is grabbing his/hers at the airport as is John (phanman). I'm still waiting to hear from jepree though....

Woohoo!!

Rbacchiega 05-06-2009 08:44 PM

alright, so I've heard from/gotten ahold of everyone.
John is picking up his coral at the airport, along with Eyford01 (should really grab the first name) If jepree can't meet us at the airport I think Eyford01 should be able to drop it off at his place...(let me know if this doesn't work and I'll figure something out)

I'll be collecting everyone's cash and driving down to Lawrence's first and then over to Tony's to drop everthing off.

WoooooooO!

jepree 05-06-2009 09:06 PM

Eyford01 pm'ed

Rbacchiega 05-06-2009 09:22 PM

woot woot! just talked to Ian and flight is scheduled to land around 5:30ish, so Tony and Lawrence, please adjust my arrival time back about 30mins.

Jeff, will this allow you to be able to meet us at the airport?

jepree 05-06-2009 09:58 PM

Yea might not be able to make that but EYFORD01 said drop off shouldn't be a problem. But thanks much for the accommodating way around me being so difficult!!! lol!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Rbacchiega 05-06-2009 10:09 PM

alright, not a problem. So what cash I do get tonight will go to Tony and the rest you guys will have to figure out with him.... make sense?

Phanman 05-07-2009 02:56 AM

:biggrin:Big shout out to Randi for setting up the group order and to Tony for covering the shipping upfront for everyone.

Thanks again guys!

Ill post pics of the pink lemonade once its adjusted

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 03:42 AM

hahaha thanks John. That piece is a looker for sure. Now get it growing so I can grab me a frag!...You too Lawrence, that prostrata is redunkulous....

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 03:44 AM

oh yeah! Thanks Ian for the Lava Chalice...that thing is INTENSE pink...can't wait for that to get nice and fat.

Pazil 05-07-2009 03:50 AM

Thank you Randi!! It was great to meet you and thanks for going out of your way to drop off:biggrin:

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 03:52 AM

not a problem...but if the Naso goes missing I have no clue where she is...or a couple of those corals. Great looking tank. LMK if you want a 10 gallon for seahorse babies!

Glad everyone like their Corals! That Prostrata's mother colony is the size of a bowling ball! It is a fast grower and intensely pink and hairy!

Pazil: Wait until those Zoas open, they are super cool and rare.

Pazil 05-07-2009 04:35 AM

Thank you Ian, I am impatiently:wink: waiting for them to open.:lol:

Phanman 05-07-2009 04:39 AM

OMG that pink lemonade is just freakin amazing, easily the best piece in my tank hands down. I was kinda weary about paying so much for it but man... no regrets anymore.

Also Ian did a fantastic job packaging it with the frag upside down attached to styrofoam, and doubled bagged. You got me as a customer for life, with the excellent frags and shipping, lol.

Ill give it a day or two to get the polyps extended and i will post some pics.

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 04:42 AM

ooooooooooooooooooor you could post it now...because I'm jealous

Phanman 05-07-2009 05:15 AM

Delphinus 05-07-2009 05:27 AM

My camera batteries konked out halfway through downloading. Argh! So I can't play tonight. :( Now where's that charger. Tomorrow I'll have to post! Sorry.

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 06:06 AM

oh yeah! I forgot (again) that I ordered that through Ian...now to find other things so I can get my 50 gallon tank of goodness and my nano stocked. I'm sure between Ian and Greg that won't be a problem

It is actually difficult sometimes to let these pieces go!! I get attached to them after spending so much time looking after them! I have to watch these limited pieces like a hawk!

More surprises to come..............

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 05:20 PM

after seeing John's I'm stoked for mine....now to just save up some EXTRA extra cash and get those ring of fire zoas...and.... and....other stuff

Delphinus 05-07-2009 05:38 PM

TOTAL buzz kill here ... I got completely blindsided by this too. My CBB passed away last night. Had him nearly 3 years. I'm truly amazed at how quickly fish "check out" when their time is up. He was fine up to about his final 3 hours.

Otherwise, my carpet was looking fine this morning, but literally, I'm sort of crying here. He was such a favourite fish. And given the current state of CBB's that I keep hearing, I don't think I will try another.

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 05:50 PM

oh no! Tony I jinxed it! I did notice some sort of swelling/scaring above his *thinks* right eye....but figured you knew about it..

Dude, sorry

Phanman 05-07-2009 05:51 PM

man that sucks... sorry to hear that Tony. Was this after midnight when you were about to post pics?

Delphinus 05-07-2009 06:11 PM

Yeah, I noticed the lymphocystis last night too. He didn't have that before yesterday, it came out of nowhere. I was kind of concerned about it but lymphocystis is viral and other than managing your water quality there sort of isn't a whole lot you can do about it, or so I've read. In the past I've had new fish have it, and it would go away in a few weeks or months. But then he didn't eat last night, which isn't like him, so I knew something was up with that. But yeah shortly after I tried uploading the carpet pics, he just literally laid down on the bottom and that was it.

And Randi no you didn't jinx it. Don't say that. If it was his time, it was just his time. :(

I shouldn't even have mentioned it since this is a group order thread and should be more about "w00t w00t" type posts now but I was just ... I dunno, I'm not having a real good day here. Sorry to be such a downer guys (and gal). I promise to post pictures of the carpet tonight, it at least was looking nicely settled in this morning.

muck 05-07-2009 06:21 PM

You got a new carpet Tony??
