:rofl2:

Myth busted! Everyone has a nano tank!

It's a hobby, it's supposed to be fun, if it isn't then something isn't being done right...

I've got a 180 jam packed full of SPS. It's a PITA sometimes, and if anything ever goes wrong, I'm going to go with a nano with a single colony. Already have it planned out :)

I've heard Reef Central is bad for it.

 OMG that is awful

Well said Tony +1

I have two 230g's, a 80g, 34g and a 2.5g. Out of all of those I like my 2.5g the best, it's way easier to maintain then the other ones, and still very pretty and interesting to look at

you might ruin the hobby with a nano (not!) but you can certainly ruin a marriage or basement with a large tank  i'm still digging my way out of the rubble haha.

Let's face it, there are a lot of close minded people in this hobby. Heck, in this world! Simply keep calm and carry on

They don't consider this as hobby......something more ;)

I know really what's wrong with a unicorn tang in a 35g geeez. Don let other ppl get you down yes the guy may or may not have a huge tank but maybe he is over compensating for other short comings :)

Proteus 03-27-2013 12:15 AM

I had my big tank. But really it was more than I wanted. My little cube is packed with sticks and I love it.

Don't worry about the jerks there are tons of them out there. I have a 15 gal nano & no one talks to me either

Personally, if it was me that ran into the arse in PetSmart he would have received some very choice words & depending on my mood...... possibly more.

Besides.......Nano's can be more of a chalange to keep with there small water volume, when things go wrong it can happen really fast.
