I am glad you have determined this species to NOT be endagered.

I did some checking and I can't find much more info on its threat level. A couple "unevaluated"s etc. I know it is unlikely for a small crab to be threatened, but I am simply going off the available information.

If this animal is not endagered or threatened, perhaps a couple of links might help. :wink:

I am not sure, as User pointed out. I only found one site with information on its threat status.

But if you are really hungry, you might want to hold out until a 10 inch mantis shrimp hitchhiker crawls out of your rock work. I heard they are absolutely delicious with saffron :wink:

So I got my coolest hitchhiker along with my new coolest coral from kazzman a week ago , the hitchhiker was a spiny star snail which I was looking for just that day at a LFS but they were out http://s1359.beta.photobucket.com/us...tml?sort=3&o=1 I am really not sure how he missed that thing lol
