I have used UPS, Fedex and Purolater after a couple of similar experiences of incompetent delivery drivers I started having every tagged hold for pickup and watch tracking and go pick it up when it arrives. It has worked very well for me and no sitting around all day waiting for them to show up.. Usually they are pretty good at getting it to the right city after that it all goes for ****.

Yup, they be useless:redface:,,,,and you are not alone, this has come up on automotive forums I belong to in the past as well.
