Here are some pictures of the new Skimmer in action right out of the box. It took all of 5 minutes to assemble.
It has been operating for about 18 hours now. With no real problems. The biggest problem is just the lack of information. It has a system to increase the amount of air flow which a quick explanation on how it works would be nice. It has nipples for Ozone with no explanation as to weather they need to be capped off when not in use and it would certainly be nice if they gave some idea of the water levels both pump depth and reaction chamber height for optimal skimming. http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...t/IMG_0213.jpg http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...t/IMG_0209.jpg http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...t/IMG_0208.jpg Tom R |
lol, thats a pretty tight fit there Tom
Looks like a pretty awesome skimmer! |
Yes the fit is a work of art.
It is amazing how creative us Reefers can be when it comes to making it work. I guess that I will just have to add another sump if I want to add any more equipment. Tom R |
Rats...and I was going to sell you my G6, now that the replacement is in my garage.
