What do you have in terms of a clean up crew? I hope its not just the 1 starfish and the 2 crabs?

Ya, paint the back of it black or blue. Will make it look a lot better. You can paint it while it's setup provided you can reach back there. :D

I think at 3 weeks you should add nothing else to the tank for at least a month while you wait for the tank to settle in. The age of the tank being 3 weeks is that including the cycle, or was it cycled, plus 3 weeks? If it's 3 weeks including the cycle, then I bet your cycle isn't even complete yet, in which case I'd be watching your Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nirate VERY closely to make sure you don't lose your inhabitants. In the future, don't put a starfish in so early...you may lose him to starvation. They shouldn't be added until the tank is at least 6 months old. You're already moving too fast, slow down, take a deep breath, and enjoy watching it develop. Remember, nothing good ever happens fast in a saltwater tank.

What kind of lighting do you have? Can you list your parameters? List everything you can test for, which I hope includes at least temperature, salinity, pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate.
