To be fair, I did the test in one session (apx 20min), closed book.
I got 66%....reef chemist, not bad for 20yr old chemistry knowledge and no calculator:wink: BUT like most everyone else on Canreef I go to Bev's links for chem advice:mrgreen: |
Wow .. I never thought this possible, but one minute into the quiz I found myself thinking "I should go back to work, it's more fun than this."
At least my boss will be happy.. |
ha it's true! it was really really boring..
44 % Apprentice Reef Chemist |
38 % => Novice Reef Chemist
Of my 19 correct answers; 8 - I actually knew (or logically figured out) 11 - I gave my best SWAG* * Stupid Wild-A$$ed Guess Hmmm. Back to the books I guess. |
Yay 62... better than I thought... :mrgreen:
I seemed to be stronger at the "organic" side than the "mathematical" side... Delbeek and Sprung, Tullock et all have taught me well... :idea: John - Calculator -> START-> Programs -> Accessories-> CALCULATOR! :lol: |
Novice. I was tempted a few times to get up and cheat, but didn't. I think if I had used the resources available to me (internet, books, etc.) I would have scored 100% (and lost about 3 weeks). That's how my own sucky knowledge has brought me so far!
Q. You solve your chemistry problems by: a. Asking someone else (Randy on reefcentral) b. Trial and error (on someone else's tank) c. Opening that chemistry textbook you took from grade 12 d. Praying for help from above e. All of the above |
