Murray,

The Olympus C-5050 is a digital camera that can shoot videos as well as still photos. Why, do you want me to come over and do a video of your tank

Second video is done. This one's called "A Snail's Pace".....

Beverly,
That was awsome. I don't think you could have picked a more appropriate song. Two thumbs up

Thanks, Chad

I played that song so many times while editing, Chris said he can't get it out of his head

Haha, thats the truth! I bet I watch a movie almost a hundred times before it is all finished.

Sorry the third one is such a big file. I blame that on Santana and my goofy ocellaris clowns  ....

Bev,
You are out of control!
Awesome movie  At the end I couldn't help but picture the band sitting infront of your tank jamming - the music seemed to fit so well!

How cool would that be to have Santana jamming in my living room :smilecol:

The videos are great to make, but there is a sad reason I'm doing so many videos these days

Chris is a non-union IT guy at Telus. Months before the current Telus labour problems, he was told that all non-union employees that honoured the picket lines would be fired. He had also been on training sessions for doing a union job if there was a strike/lockout, or whatever the heck is going on  Since the labour problems started, he's been forced to work 12 hours a day, six days a week    Noon to midnight have been his hours until this week. Now he's been scheduled for 1 pm to 11 pm, but still six days a week

He's exhausted most of the time, and I have lots of time on my hands when he's gone so much. Video production has been a great creative outlet for me during this really awful Telus cr*p. There seems to be no end in sight for a resolution at Telus, so you folks might be seeing a lot of videos posted over the next few months.

Who knows what's coming next, either. He's heard that in a few weeks, there will be some changes. The best case scenerio is that he goes back to his old job  Worst case is that he's retrained and will have to go to BC and do someone's union job there for 12 hours a day, six days a week

I freaking hate Telus right freaking now  :2gunfire: :snipersm:
