Well FINALLY I have the closed loop up and running at max flow. Tank is a little cloudy atm so I will let it settle for a day or 2 and post some more pics for all to enjoy.

HEHE, call me KRESKIN THE MAGNIFICENT THEN!

Sorry, I saw blue fish, but looked again... Are those anthias?

So what do you think about having a closed loop? Can you tell us the benefits over traditional methods?

Well Kreskin, they are actually Blue Reef Chromis from what I have been told.

As far as the closed loop I really like it so far. Nice even flow through out the tank. Also noticed that there is less debris on the sand and rock, when I feed the fish what ever food it is time for it does not hit the sand. And there is power head sticking out like a soar thumb.

Those pics were good and all... not trying to be picky but that update was a bit incomplete. We need a FULL TANK SHOT!

I will get one up tomorrow, atm there is a make shift pen for the husky pup's in the way of getting far enough back to get a full tank shot.
