Not anymore, ex partner stole it along with everything else the company owned.

Sounds to me like you need some anonymous friends to collect some gear.
We had an issue here a couple years ago where 'so-and-so' walked away with almost everything, legally ...
It only took us a couple of trips to the yard to convince 'so-and-so' much of this stuff is not theirs.

Never an easy thing. We still miss our American Bulldog that we had to put down last summer. She's buried in the rock garden beside the pond in the back.
