^^^ It's deja vu all over again......^^^

Worst part about my controller telling me the power's out is that i know:
nobody's home for a few more minutes
the power went out at 5am
the power was out until 10am
I think I might have a slow leak in my overflow
the controller still hasn't turned back on........

:(
this could be a bad sight when i get home.

F U stealth heater!!!!!!!!!! Had my stealth heater fail, it was blowing out black smoke and sparking my GFCI  So at some point between last night and this afternoon it tripped my GFCI. Rushed to help my Mom out this morning (naturally one of the only times I didn't check my tank before leaving) and by the time I got back home and noticed my battery back up power unit was out of power and the fowlr and frogfish tank had no power running to them at all  got extention cords started ran powerheads and a heater to the froggy tank (it dropped to 70 ) and through the long process of elimination I discovered the stupid stealth heater was the issue  What's sad is that I should of thought to check that first since the last time I had issues with getting shocked by my tank it was a different stealth heater that was the problem :bad-word:

On the amazing positive side of things  everything in my tanks seem to be fine.

My scooter blenny ate so much today he looks like he's going to POP. Yet he's still feeding on pods. I put the turkey baster in with some mysis and he swam to the tip and waited lol funniest thing ever.

Thanks, I must say I was pretty freaked. Thank god (literally) that all my fish, corals, inverts etc. all seem fine. Don't think I could handle any more major losses ATM.

Seems like it was a day for power outages I hope Mrfish55 and lampshade's tanks are ok

Glad to hear everything survived the hiccup Laurie I would have been freaking out! Toss some jagers in there...

Thanks, My main 300watt heater is a jager, thinking I'll stick with those. Although my 80g and 10g frogfish tank have Rena smart heaters, so far they seem to be ok heaters. Never buying a stealth again!

Thanks, I'm still amazed that my frogfish was ok, tank was at 70 and no flow, it would of been awful if I had lost him, thank god he and my other fish were all ok. Was pretty stressful to deal with.
