Now as the volume of water would rank up there in the mega MONSTER tank category ... the whole Hockey thing is incedental  Of course the person in question objecting to the content of the thread could be a bitter Canuck fan wishing we were talking about their team instead of Canda's team ... THE RED HOT FLAMES !!! j/k  |

Look above then if you are not a hockey fan ^^^ ... I had the whole aquatic thing explained  ... start your own thread on the CFL then if you are not into hockey

I don't know if others have noticed, but the further the Flames go, the more detractors they get. Last night the announcer sounded almost sorry they won. Don Cherrypicker said look out on Thursday, and some guy on TheScore mentioned that only one road team wiinning the first game has gone on to win the series. That was Edmonton over Boston some years ago.

The problem with sports statistics is that people assume that somehow previous statistics will actually affect the outcome of a game or series. Something like rolling a one through five on a dice and assuming your sixth roll is therefore more likely to yield a six than any other number. I do have to admit, they are fun to talk about, but I think a lot of people misinterpret them.
You know Steve (Stircrazy), I was going to make a list of your Lounge threads that were not aquaria-related, but it was too long to post. |
Here We go
Lets hope they can hold things together tonight  |
Owned! Let's see if we can take game 4.
|
game 4 would be real nice, but it seems that game 5 has been the clincher for us so far... mind you, don't think we've up 3-1 in any series yet...
YET! but yeah, a game 6 win at home to wrap the series (and the Cup). Gotta look for that! |
