and I do somewhat agree.. there are other frags that I would order as replacements.. but then I'd have to pay shipping...

I did however pm him on the two that are dead....just waiting for a reply back

Well both millis are gone and one of the zoo frags been closed tight for days but at least the acan is looking great. When first opening the bag and with that smell of death having 2 (maybe 3) out of 5 survive is more than I thought I would end up getting.

Wife is more upset considering the massive frags we got from Rusty a couple of days before from just trading.

Guess I'll be shopping closer the home, at least during the winter for sure.

final tally... 3 dead 2 alive... and I still have not heard back from burc

I am curious as to what the average survival rate is with shipping?

How do we create a forum wide pole? or has one been done?

I am not talking about any specific vendors - I would like to know what I should expect as a survival rate in general...

lost 2 sets of zoas closed up and havent reopened went from 15 or so to2 polyps that can be made out and one set of 5 are doing great

just create a general poll for people who ordered this past year

Then as what % of frags survived

so I had 2 out of 5 that would be 40%

Ive placed 3 or 4 frag orders from Snappy in the last few months and had 100% survival.. and these were all SPS frags. IMO it all hinges on the packaging. Anything less than 100% survival isnt acceptable to me.
