Carmen that Powerhead that Leah has the korlia 5 its freaking huge, i think that it would be good may be a maxi jet modded one perhaps like a 400 or 600
the tank is looking stellar to Carmen the colors are excellent and the flame really adds to you tank. love the kelvin color too. |
Oh come on now Leah just a little comment wont hurt, lol. Nothing wrong with a little wet t-shirt contest is there, I like them, lol.

I am trying to show some level of maturity here. Just to prove I have some. And poor Carmen, look what you guy's have done to her Tank Journal, she may never forgive you.:twised:
|
Oh sure she will..... I hope, lol. Just in case:
WOW Carmen that is looking REALLY REALLY GREAT, I love the the way you have done the LR that is some talent you have there. The Bridge is a cool idea and the lighting, well what can I say about that lighting. Much crisper with the blue hue makes everything pop.:focus::twised::twised: |
:behindsofa::wink2: Don't:banplease: Carmen did you find anything out on the powerhead?
|
I seen the tank in person the other day....it looks truly amazing....I think I need to find one of those half circle units. oh and nope...there was no wet T-shirt contest......
|
Ya.. if you are needing something up in the Korallia 5 range I think you are better off looking elsewhere. Starting at Korlia 5 (6,7 &8), they are all labeled as Korallia Magnum and for good reason, they are frakking huge! For the same (or even smaller) footprint you could get something with much better flow like a Tunze 6100 series or Vortech. In fact, if you got one of those you might find that they can even replace two or three of your existing powerheads.
|
Ya kien, It is "frakking" large and I do agree that Vortech is the way to go!
