No, if this were the gov-ment, they would have to hire a team of scientists to conduct a series of stuies to find out if it's economically feasable, and enviromentally friendly(they'll wave that with a fat contribution to their party-but still do the study of course) Then they would have to spend a few billion on a new ministry so oversee the whole operation. Then they would waste months arguing just how to do it in ottawa................ |
