(I'm looking at a closed loop on a big tank) |
Just wondering if anyone had success controlling the speedwave or waveline using their apex - more specifically using it to control the speed of the motor (not just on/off obviously).

OK Thx. I'm always really good at improvising and figuring things out. It's my career as a troubleshooting Instrumentation tech. But I get freaked a lil cause my tank is like with barely any flow, just a couple WP25's right now

Thx Grizz!!! It worked. Yes, now for a shopping list for tomorrow. Tried the pump in the bathtub. Yeah she got some flow. Now wonder if I can hook it to my Apex?

my speedwave died this morning for no apparent reason.. I was just pulling some cords out and it stopped working. Power light is on, but the controller isn't working.
Anyone know of a way to either get a new controller, or a work around to bypass the controller? I run it at max anyways @ 790GPH |

ah, no receipt - and J&L has no return policy over 6 days of purchase. Not sure where that receipt ended up... hmph. I'll contact 'em tomorrow.

My Speedwave died in the middle of the night yesterday. Controller and power supply worked, even swapped to a backup powersupply...nothing.
Not at all happy with a pump that lasted less than a year and running at around 80% of max. Bought this thru Concept as maybe as late as March 2013.. have to look for the reciept |
