Really? Is it because the company declare it as personal items or they are covering the charges? Usually, costoms fees and taxes are only charged when its got here in Canada and let the border to deside wether should be charged or not?
Hope some one who had experienced to tell me this

I already asked brs what they do is ship it to themselfs in Canada then ship to each person form there. So everyone's order comes together then gets divided up and shiped again

That's uncool did they mess up your order?

I also got a 1 gallon pail of carbon instead of a 1 gallon pail of gfo. i'm going to email brs today to see how they will correct it.

Did anyone get a 1 gallon pail of GFO instead of carbon. I have emailed BRS at least 3 times and still no response. They sent me carbon instead of GFO.

That's not very good customer service =\ they response to you when try are ready to take your money but never the opposite

As I was reading your post, I just got confirmation from bulk reef supplies that they will be sending me out my GFO. I am again happy with their customer service. That is my opinion.
