anyone else missing their hose from their order?

Like I said earlier most likely the group buy will end earlier well here it is the full amount has been met and the 2nd group buy is ended.
I will be sending email to everyone tonight and please read it carefully and fill all questions with care as we hate shipping the units to the wrong addresses :biggrin::biggrin:
The doser will be up as an added item on caco3reef.com
in the beginning of March.
The units will start shipping on March 2nd as I already know lots of you are eager receiving the units as I felt it through email:biggrin::biggrin:

where is the unit ship from and how it takes to Canada?

All orders are being shipped at end of week.As stated on the 1st post

A little information I received earlier from the manufacturer that there will be a max of one week delay for most of the orders as they are running into a shipper problem and hopefully will be solved by the end of this week.
I am apologizing for the manufacturer and myself for having a little problem and trying our best, wishing for your understanding.Please if you have any concern (regardless being miniscule or not) don't hesitate to ask me directly

I just finished talking with the manufacturer and was told that the problem was solved and the rest of the units will be shipped by tomorrow.
I got the tracking numbers for everyone and tomorrow evening I will email then to all of you.

I received mine 2 days after getting tracking number and set it up late last week. Before that I was manually dosing every 2 second day for alk and about every 4th day for Ca. The doser is working well so far. I am still dialing it in but after 4 days alk is essentially holding its own at 9 or 10. Looking forward to this being dialled in/automated so I can just mix the alk and Ca once a week- or even longer!

Anyone having trouble getting it to work in timer mode? Mine works fine in manual mode but won't dose in timer mode, any suggestions?

check and make sure you are saving your settings and when you exit make sure you are on the timer mode with the clock set correctly.

Sorry, my fault, I was putting the mins to dose where the time should go and the time where the mins to dose should go, thanks for your quick reply.

Got last week, it's already up and running and working GREAT!

However one of the adapters broke and the extra pump and motor did not have the 2 adapters nor the check valve. I'm not concerned about the check valve, as I have many of those, but the hose adapters I don't. I have temporarily attached an airline hose to the output hose to get it working, but it would be nice to have a proper fitting.

Is there any way to get them?

How the heck did you you break that.You could use any adapter of similar shape or size as long as you don't pinch or cot the line.
The extra pump head and motor in everyone's box do not come with the adapters but I am working on bringing in extra motors and pumps maybe I will ask for those adapters as well.

I am new to the dosing pump stuff.... so to me it seems like it wont work without the "free" pump????

Hey pat. I got mine all setup and works great. With the group buy it comes with one extra motor. I had mine up and running in less than 30 mins. You can come by and see it sometime if you like. I'm currently dosing around 250ml calc and 125 ml alk. Which I split into several different times to dose. Works like a charm.

Yea maybe I should come check it out before buying.

I am on the fence but this seems so affordable compared to other brands.

Ya priced well. The quality for the price is good. It isn't a ghl or aquamedic. But for less than half price new. Or even still $100 cheaper than a used ghl I couldn't resist.

I have had mine running for about a month. Certainly been a good purchase for me. Easy to set up. I am simply testing once every week or two and then adjusting the rates of addition of Ca and Alk.

:biggrin:Yes I know its still on the special web page my laziness well way too busy to change.So if you like I could still honor the price for you to purchase.As for the pump its an extra bonus for doing the group buy(I am sure I could manage to give you the extras as well) so I added it to everyone's box.As soon as you make the purchase within a couple days I will get the manufacturer to ship directly to you.I think I have till the end of coming week then that special is going off and will start a new one for May.
