well just check the UPS tracking and all my shipment is in Redmond WS. The delivery date got reduced from 22 to 19. However, yesterday it reduced from 22 to 17 which gave me a false hope to get my stuff tomorrow.

Mine went from 22nd to 16th on Monday to 19th yesterday to the 17th this am ....lol oh well, it will arrive sooner or later.

UPS is teasing me or some thing. 22nd to 17th then to 19th and now down to 17th although my packages are still in BC at 3:40 AM today. Don't think i will get them today

I picked mine up from the US and brought it over myself. Maybe that's why mine was so much faster?

i just got my UVL bulbs and they all but one had crushed ends :(
now i gota return them and get new ones, this sucks. their packaging was great too, i dont see how it got crushed unless it was already crushed before it got to me.

Man they like toying with us with the package tracking. All of a sudden the two tracking numbers I have no longer show an actual estimated delivery date (just not there period). At least the packages are in Canada though, both of them, and show departure scans from about an hour ago so I'm clinging to optimism they might show up tomorrow.

Not pleased to hear about the broken lamps, that sucks dude, sorry to hear it. :( I ordered T5's as well so it will be interesting to see how mine show up.

I bought some bulbs from them before and everything were good. Sorry to hear and hope everything works out.

My package is still in Richmond so i don't think i will get it tomorrow

The more i think of it. I was wondering because it has to go through agent, any chance the custom agent dropped it during inspection? Because the way all bulbs got wrapped, it is very hard to get damage during shipping.

Anyway, it got some minor problem with my shipment but Jon at BRS took care of me fast. Now that is a great customer service

thats what i told the guy at BRS. im like wtf, I dont even understand hwo they could have broken because your guys wrapped it perfectly. There was no chance there was any pressure put on the ends of the bulbs where they broke. it was the tips that were crushed. Not only that, 1 out of the 3 made it and they were all packed together.

inside out it was:
bubble wrap
original packing
bubble wrap all 4 together
tape the bubble wrap
peanuts
inside a hard cyclinder box
peanuts
outside box
!!!!!

basically i think it was broke before it even shipped. I got a feeling when they were putting on the bubble wrap they crushed them because i couldn't slide them out, i had to cut open the bubble.

Anyways, they already sent me 3 more but they are on backorder which sucks.

Came home to find my boxes on my step! Yahoo!!! :lol:

Wow that's a generously packed container of ROX! The things are surprisingly buoyant too. Just a little flow in a TLF and my cup and a half sorta hovers/semi-tumbles.

And speaking of super-packaging my new Radium bulb from J&L was in a bubble packaged box that was like 12x8x8 with this little bulb box inside. Safe and sound all that matters.
