the 4th works for me to. Dez's setup should be part of the tour if possible!

4th doesn't work for me as I have a foosball tournament that I'm registered for already. Don't worry about accommodating me, I will plan to be at the December one as long as we plan ahead!

Okay here are the choices:
We can do Oct 4 if it means more we can see more hobby tanks.
We can stay to Sept 27 and just have a lunch at the usual place
We can stay with Tank tours on the 27th...we'd end up visiting maybe 3 shops

I personally can go either way....

I'm up for whatever works for everyone else, as I don't have plans for either Sunday. However I need to know if we're stopping at my house this Sunday, as I will want to clean up before having guests over. Dez & Neal I also think a later date would be great for a tank tour as it would be great to see Neal's house and with his tanks set up, and it would be great to see mature reefs (from locals) who aren't on here, so if there is a way Dez, Wayne and Neal could work something out for a larger tank tour for Dec. that would be cool. However Dec. is usually pretty busy with Christmas parties etc. (last year every single weekend in Dec. I had Christmas plans) so keep that in mind.

lets just leave it as is. We can always do another in the future!

I do agree though Dec. is usually no good but Jan. is usually wide open!

i would personally rather see people's tanks than shops.
so if we need to wait till the 04 Oct than that's do that
who else is offering to show their tanks besides laurie?
as well, just thinking about it.. I think Jan will be much better month than Dec for the next one as Christmas time is a crazy time for everyone (especially limo business)

There are a lot of tanks in progress. I would think by Dec these would be ready. My take on this is we wait to accumulate a list of hobby tanks we can visit ( 5 or more) as it getting to the season where people are working on tanks. I can keep a list of possible hobby tanks that people would like to show and next time we can just do it. Really we should do a store tour in the next few months. I know a lot of vendors would like to hear what we want and our concerns. Vendors think of us as tourists with wads of cash....so some of you guys my want to attend our monthly meetings. New and old forum members might want to show just to see other people. For now I would like to just have a lunch at the usual place and time. I am good for either date but it seems the 4th is when others can make it too. Decision time isn't till Friday

I would love to come along on the tank tour. I will be getting my first sw tank in a couple of weeks and am anxious to see what can be done.

Tank tours will be held in the near future and not on Oct 4th. Maybe next month....if I can get enough tanks to show

for the tank tour, I would prefer January personally if I am going to be involved..that way I can show off what I have set up (probably wont be fully up and running till then) and my new house.

Oct 4 at the South Side Montana's at 130 pm.

Frags....I have snipped and chopped a whole pack of frags. I will not bring them to the meeting but for next meeting in Nov, as I just mounted these things and I want them to "settle out" a bit. The price will range from 15 - 30 depending on size but not necessarily color( there is a lot a choice stuff in here). I will post picts and then you can choose from there. As some of you have already asked you get first pick before i put them up for sale.....
