Burc believes all payments have now been received but will confirm that for me tonight. He has been pretty busy dealing with Customs on a new shipment and because of the size of the order he would like to ship it on Monday. But he has offered us all a free frag from his new shipment as compensation for the delay :smile:

So we need to determine who can receive the shipment on Tuesday. I can receive it but will have limited ability to float frags if pick up will take a while. Who else can receive on tuesday? Another good suggestion was for two people to meet at the FedEx depot and split the shipment there. Surrey/Langley/Valley stuff can go one way and maybe Vancouver area stuff can go with somebody else?

Anyhow, let's sort out who is available for receipt and work from there...

If you can get the boxes to me from the Fedex Depot, I can probably float everything in my tanks. Have over 600g of tanks & sumps or about 34 square feet of heated surface area at my place in Burnaby. I can meet you at my mom's in SE Van and bring them over to my place for floating. Or just meet you at my place.

Let me know if that works for you. I can post my contact info so everyone can swing by to grab their frags asap once it arrives.

Do you have a list of everyone buying frags and where they are from? I don't mind picking up frags for people in the abby area to reduce the amount vehicles having to drive out to Burnaby or White Rock, providing other members are ok with that.

I'll try to do that tonight or tomorrow. The plan is to split the order between Callum (in Surrey) and Anthony (in Burnaby) for pick ups on either side of the bridges.

I don't mind picking up for the Abbotsford and surrounding areas (Mission, Chilliwack, Aldergrove). I just can't float anything cause the tank it too small. I probably don't have enough room for what I'm getting.:lol:

I'm just waiting for final confirmation from Burc about receipt of all the payments and to confirm the shipping day. I'm still hoping for Monday.

I'll be home all day on Tuesday (if the frags come in) & I don't mind having a bunch of people over. Once we know what's happening for sure, I'll post my address &/or phone number.

Also, just to let people know I probably won't be at Anthony's with the frags until about 11:30 am. If you go before that you will have to hang out and stare at Anthony's tanks (which may not be too bad either) :biggrin:

And there are a few changes in pick up location from the list I PMed earlier but I have it all straight here and will make sure the frags go to the right place.

For anyone picking up from my place I'll be home from work around 5:30pm. I will be taking the frags strait home from Fed EX to float them and then back to work. Pls PM me if you have any questions

Shipment has arrived. All looks great. boxed well and warm.

Mine are floating in my tank now. Everything looks good.

Frags are at my place & floating. Mine & Marie's are in the display with good polyp extension already. Come and get them. I'll be staying at home all day to make it convenient for people to pick up their frags. Everything is comfortably floating in one of my display tanks so keeping warm & fuzzy.

Good job on the packaging & shipping. Everything looks healthy with lots of polyp extension in the bags. Each person's order is packaged up so easy to sort out with names written on the bags.

May be organizing a second group order for those who missed out this time.

Yes, thanks Burc. Almost all the frags now have PE and the zoas are opening. Everything was very well packaged and well organized to make pick up for individuals in the group easy.
