Hubby had a peek from work and prefers the recent shot too. I guess it stays that way. I need to stop fussing with it anyhow and give things a chance to settle or they'll never grow.

I updated my budget and had to remove a few things that weren't attched to re-coup a bit of my budget to make room for something..................I'm so excited to announce that my treasured little fish addition that I've been waiting & hoping for was finally found :multi: One of the LFS got 2 in for me(sadly I can only house one so had to leave the other guy there) so I went and picked one up today. What a little cutie. Besides being venomous(which I knew) they also apparently have a nasty little bite :evil: I'll have to watch where I put my hands when cleaning :eek:

It's running now. The pic with the moonlights (above) are them. I ended up using two of the 12cm ones, the third one flickers on and off. I ended up just glueing them to my light fixture (see pic below). If I can fix the other I might add it to the center in the front of my fixture.

the flickering is probably just cuz the adapter isnt high enough power. but they look nice and bright!

No, the flickering is definitely a loose connection but not sure if I can fix it or not without ripping them apart and ruining them.
They're definitely very bright little lights especially for thier price. I'd like to get a purple or a red one to throw on and see what it looks like mixed with the blue.

It's pretty slow in between fts updates so thought I'd add a pic or two of a little inhabitant that I've had for a bit now. He's a cute little anenome shrimp that hosts on either my purple mushroom or my red mushroom.

LOVE the shrimp! Saw one at the LFS the other day and considered getting it. Good to see it doing something...! Very cool!

He's very cool. He sits out front(which is more than I can say for my goby that I was sure was dead until today) at all times and it's neat to see him eat his food and watch it go inside him. I'll get another if I ever come across more.

There's no rules saying you can't post pics between months.. haha. Sweet shrimp, almost looks like a sexy shrimp.

Yeah, it's pretty colorful and the mushrooms are growing well and so are the orange palys. I have 3 purple, 3 blue, 3 red, 3 orange & 2 green and I had started off with only one small of each. The orange Paly's seem to grow a new head about every 2-4 weeks.

Haha, I know what you mean I did the same one month, it's crazy how sensitive these little tanks are. Never the less the tank looks awesome, black sand is still clean!

Here's my final pics. I enjoyed this contest very much and love looking back at the progress. I must say I enjoy this little tank and even my husband is jealous of it because it's so colorful compared to his 90g, lol. I'm very glad I kept it simple and will most likely continue to add more zoa's, mushroom's & tiny inverts.
