have you seen the new ceramic plugs boston farms are making? i got a bag at macna and if you wanna try a few i can spare them, the bostom farm guy said people doing alot of fragging should use them so the cement ones dont leak any toxins while they finish curing.

Too bad that ultimate prostrata wasn't posted BEFORE the Victoria order :(

I'd love to try them although I've never had problems with the cement and just got a recent shipment in.
Thanks,
Greg

It has been there all along Brad, sorry you missed it. Looks a bit different on the site as it is an older picture and this new picture shows what it has morphed into as of late. It still has pink corallites with blue tips but has developed those crazy turquoise coloured polyps.

Thanks,

i never had a problem either (that ive known about) but in a small system it might be more of a problem for some people, ill through a few in the truck and if im around your area one day ill give you a call, only thing i noticed from the one i used is air bubbles seeped out of it for a day or 2 so it might be good to soak them for a day before use.

Never hurts to store frag plugs in the sump.

Have fun is Mexico Greg! Can't wait to see the new tank, was looking at it on RC and I almost went into cardiac arrest. That's a world class tank you have there!

I guess I should have done a tank journal on Canreef as well, sorry. I had initially planned to but just never seemed to have the time.

ColinD 05-04-2009 03:47 PM

Colin

Rbacchiega 05-05-2009 07:16 PM

Rbacchiega 05-05-2009 07:56 PM

what on earth could you possibly have any room for, Anthony? unless you're building a nano for the contest also?

fooser 05-05-2009 08:01 PM

I just set up a 3 footer to play with until I get my new tank next year. Greg has some very nice stuff I would like to get my salty little paws on!
