My tanks and Fishroom are in my basement and form part of my Home Theater room. The tanks are a 125G on the left and 180G on the right with the fishroom servicing both tanks behind the 180G. That is a false wall behind the TV that houses the electrical and plumbing from the fishroom to the 125G.

Great looking room though!

JDigital 08-15-2008 12:17 AM

yeah...disappointing...the 150g was a custom order to MATCH what we had....needless to say it doesn't even come close! Oh well, I think I am just fine with that! thanks!!!

JDigital 08-15-2008 12:36 AM

I might as well play along...

My bedroom with my 55G Fresh and my 23G Nano build.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ital/room1.jpg

and my entertainment room with my 75G... I just dosed with Purple Up, so thats why the tank is so cloudy.

thats exactly the finish i was wanting for the base of my new tank. Is that a concrete base under the tank and are those rocks the finishing kind with a flat edge? where do you get those at? thanks

Come on Myka...you leave your tanks such a mystery...give us a room shot!

Keri 09-12-2008 03:00 AM

Well... our tanks are in the basement (aka: ghetto) and reptile room so I'm not posting any pics!
When I moved all of my storage bins in here I kinda turned the basement into what looks like a homeless shelter - I need more storage!! The idea is to eventually have a nice living room down here too.
When that happens I'll post pics

Beautiful rooms everyone!!

Those are fake rocks that are commonly used on the exterior of houses. They are flat on the back and the corner ones are unique. I got them from an outdoor gardening place. There are all kinds of shape and textures. There's even one designed to look like coral, but it is shaped in regular bricks so I didn't go for it.

Here's ours, it's still under construction but the tank is now about 4 months old. Hopefully we can finish the basement soon and get some furniture down there to truely enjoy it.

Says the guy with a 200G Starphire tank in his sig.. hahahaha

mark 09-13-2008 04:12 AM

seanoman, like the way the two sides are visible

seanoman 09-13-2008 06:55 PM

Thanks I got that idea after seeing SuperFudge's tank in person. It gives you a whole new perspective and lots of more room to stuff corals in on the back that you can see from the side.

Oscar 09-14-2008 01:10 AM

My tank is located in the corner of the kitchen within easy sight from the island and not far from the beer fridge. Handy viewing during most meals.

You might be able to see that the grapes are close to ripening. One of the hazards of being in the Okanagan.

Here's my room. Please pardon the appearance, I am in the middle of painting the basement so the tape is still on the walls and there are also no pictures or decorations hanging. And don't mind the ugly chair! lol

Very nice Marie, didn't realize there was any reef aficionado's in PR. My wife was born and raised there and I've spent a lot of time pursuing local reef dwellers (salmon:biggrin:)
