I can't find a button to click on to make payment on your site or my online invoice. I keep looking but nothing that says "pay here" or "make payment" or anything like that. Is it only set up for making email transfers? No paypal or other payment options?

It's been over a week since our orders were placed... :sad:

Single wp pumps are on their way. They ran out of dual controller packages and dc6000 pumps. So we are just waiting on arrival of them to ship. I should have an exact date by tonight.

One piece of good news is that they will have wp10s and dc12000s within a week and if they get even the pump heads for the 25/40/60 packages i will be able to use the dual controllers i have here now to complete the GB orders.

Will post as soon as i hear and if anyone needs something quicker then can be provided please email or pm for refund.

Am I the only one who is getting antsy due to the lack of updates and the delay in receiving this group order?

Others have posted that their recent orders from fish-street.com have only take 3-4 days to arrive after ordering. Our group order is now over a week since payment was sent out and we still dont have even a shipping confirmation, let alone an ETA?

Just waiting on a reply from supplier. I deal with both Jebao direct and Fs and neither have dual packages right now. I am working to get it the quickest possible. But if you are that antsy I am happy to refund your order and have and have you pay retail and wait the same amount of time to get your order.

Not looking for a refund, just looking to be kept up to date... as per your last post 2 days ago which said you would have an updated ETA later that evening.

As soon as i hear a word i will let you know. Sometimes i hear back from them in an hour and some times it takes 3 days. I would imagine that it will be tomorrow night before i hear anything as it is Sunday in China today.

But will definitely post any work the gimme back here good or bad.

I received a reply and dual packages will be re-stocked in 7-8days. Hopefully this works for all. I tried getting this in as quick as possible as he said there was some in at the time of organizing but all sold before we got #s confirmed.

With this being said i have order in for what has been ordered but am going to be adding more to it in the coming days before it ships. SO anyone that missed out can join in before Friday. I will post up another thread with details to make it easy for people that want to add to what we already have.

Ok, all items are ordered and confirmed in stock except for the dc6000s are not ready yet. Anyone who ordered one i will ship out other items as soon as they get in so you are not waiting for everything (just the dc6000s) and ship the dc6000s when they come at my cost for the separate shipping. If anyone is in dire need of the pumps i can either refund or offer upgrade to dc12000 at group buy price. Everything else is to be shipped out in the next day or so from China and i will update here when i see they are getting close by (usually a weekish).

Ok, so it's literally been a month since the order was placed and payment sent, and it's been over a week since any sort of update, and that's after the order was allegedly shipped out.

I've contacted fish-street.com and they have all of the ordered items in stock, so why is it taking so long for us to receive this group buy? I know others have ordered directly and received goods in 3-4 days.

I hate to nag, but I'm anxious (and I know others are too) to get the items we ordered and over a month wait seems a bit long... :cry:

Part of the order has been received and i am in the process of unpacking and marking boxes to be sent. It is taking a bit as the boxes with the dual packages all are unmarked and the same size (order came in last night and i am going through it as quick as i can). The rest of the order is en-route and will be here on friday by the tracking info i have. I also just received an email that dc6000s are now stocked again and will be shipping here soon so if they are leaving in the next couple days they will be received next week.

I will fill as many orders as i can with what arrived and the rest on friday when the other half arrives. You will be emailed tracking when items ship.

DC6000 ETA?
 

Anyone else who ordered a DC6000 Pump or other backordered item receive theirs yet?

It's now been 2 weeks since they were supposed to be back in stock and shipping, but I haven't received mine yet. (WP25s arrived last week and are great!)

Nobody has gotten them as I have not gotten them yet. They are inbound and if I had to guess I would say Thursday will be the day. As I have said in here and in pm many times. As soon as I have a solid date on my tracking I will post so everyone knows.

Sorry for the delay, but things seem to be moving slower out of China these days and I can not do much to speed it up. I will post exact date as they travel closer and my delivery date is accurate.

I do get the old squeaky wheel gets the grease thing but in this case the squeaky wheel is convincing the retailer to not do any more group buys.
