I'd say the coris wrasse if they were just being flipped, but if they are being moved around probably something else....
The bigger the coris gets, the bigger the rocks it can and will move. I had a red adult and as beautiful as he was, had to remove as he killed a couple of corals by constantly flipping them. |

I'm guessing the tang too. I had one once who would spend hours picking up small rocks and moving them.

My Hippo tang moves stuff usually if it is blue or a new coral.
