The crab is from the Platypodia genus. It's also very poisonous, so please don't eat.

I got a new LifeProof case for my iPhone in the mail today. They're water proof up to 2m, so what's the first thing I did...

These are the two main species of coral that came with my live rock, there's a third, but there's only tiny patches of it and it's mostly in the shade and not growing. These two are threatening to take over the tank. Anyone have an idea of what they are?

- right in the middle.
http://i1100.photobucket.com/albums/...ps2e05fa1f.jpg
- the whole rock.
This species is tan/pink and is completely encrusting 4 large rocks. I'm pretty sure it's the species that actually built my rock. I'm thinking either montipora or porites?

- right in the middle, above the frogspawn
This species is less bulbous and more encrusting, it has the slightest hue of green to it, and glows slightly green in the moonlights. It's pretty aggressive, I've had to move a couple colonies as it's advanced over this rock.

Sorry for the overly blue photos, No matter what I do, my iPhone cannot deal with the LEDs. It doesn't look that washed out in person by a long shot

The crab is NOT endangered. ReefOcean, simply went to; http://www.wildsingapore.com/wildfac...platypodia.htm
and assumed that because the site lists this crab as endangered in Singapore, thought that means it is also endangered else where. This is not the case.
