Do you have sumps for the tanks ????;)

I also have a blue sponge that grows like a monti it's soft and again has done really well in my tank

i got the two 30g that are drilled in each top corner on back panel, thats what i used for sumps , no baffles but i could cut some:)

50g tank is 36 x 14 x 22h
