Do we have to spend over $$ money to qualify for free shipping? and does BRS will send individual packages to each of our location?

no free shipping to canada, shipping is individual to each house. if you build and order you can check the shipping from the shopping cart. this is the price including duty/brokerage fees. there is a group buy faq somewhere on their site(sorry I don't have time to dig it up right now)

Is there any special shipping rate for group buy cause $30 seems excessive for shipping. And how are the preferred member price compare to normal price? Really good deal?
