I have 7 and they are always in the same area of the tank but never really swimming as one. They schooled much more in the beginning. Couple tangs and a couple angels as mates plus several others

I have and they usually do their own thing... From time to time , a couple may decide to hang out together in the middle other than that I would say no.

I have had as many as 13 in my tank and they just end up killing each other off over time, down too 3 now... they schooled in the beginning but now they just chase each other around most of the time instead of living in harmony

I have had 6 since August. They keep fairly close together some times spreading out but then tightening up.

I have had mine in the tank for 18 min now and they have schooled the whole time :)

19 min mark they are no longer schooling lol

My Chromis school at times but not very often. They tend to gather together when my Achilles tang thinks he needs some excerise and chases them around for a while. He doesn't seem to get aggressive, just chases them in and around my sps corals.

start with 3, schooling and now only one because he killed others and very aggressive at feeding time. He won't be on my new tank for sure.
