I riged up a small air valve control to dial it in just right. PH monitor, Calcium reactor from Ocean Aquatics and a Wirless Pin point Temp monitor. I picked up my lighting around Christmas , its a PFO 250 W 10K iwasaki's, with VHO's, and Icecap fans. Im realley happy with the lighting system. I have a Mag 12 returning from either end with 1/2 inch l valves and a T 4 closed loop returning with 2 3/4 flex hoses on each end. Just enough current. I am still dialing in the reactor. Calcium is 420, and alk around 9.5, a little low. temp reaches 81 by 9:00 Salinity 1.026 Fish, not much, 1 purple tang ( ive had for about 4-5 years) 1 royal gramma, 5 chromises. I am hoping to purchase 2 true percs and a hippo tang in the near future, maybe a mandarin goby Corals are as follows: Grape,Branching hammer, Green torch,Pink bubble coral,BTA,Turbinaria,Pink Montipora Digita,Yellow Montipaora Digita,Green Mont - Cap,Hydnaphoria,Candy cane,Frog ,Red open brain, donut,Purple, tip acro,Cluster acro ( green coralites, blue tips) I just moved it 3 months ago,and things seem to be doing well. I do a 8 gallon water change every 2 weeks, I use DI for all water. Thanks for your Comments!! Any suggestions? |
