I picked up a box last week of RC and it was $80 so even at $49 I would not even bother with the mail in rebate. 3 boxes at this price would last me a good long while.

Yeah I am an instant gratification kinda person as well; I never seem to be able to get my act together when it comes to mail in rebates :lol:

Any idea if they have the Reef Crystals in pails as well?

No pails in Calgary just 200 gal boxes, not sure what Esmonton has though.

I did the mail-in rebate thing last year. I think it was around April or May by the time they cheques came in the mail, but they did come. What I didn't realize though is that 1) you have to do a separate mail-in for every bucket you purchase, 2) each with each an original receipt (not a photocopy), so make sure they are rung in and paid for individually (or ask for multiple receipts - that's what I did and Big Als was happy to oblige), and 3) there was a maximum of 3 per mailing address so bear that in mind if you go crazy hogwild like I did and buy many buckets then make sure you have someone else - a buddy or a parent or whatever - who can be your stand in for the excess..

It's not Big Al's doing though, those are the rules by the distributor or manufacturer.
