ummm. almost and almost... pushups not to hard, chin ups maybe 4-5, but i do way 200 or more lbs :P

um... I was in untill this. 25 pushups.. easy.... chinups, never been good at them but could maybe do 6, but running.. thats for scared people.. :mrgreen:

I think not. if you think 25 push ups is hard, then you must be some one who runs alot.. and tends to now worry about upper body strenght.

we had to do fitness tests in the millitary every year and 25 was the pass mark for me. if you did over you got bonus points towards your exemption, but I could never get the exemption as I couldnt get to that level in the run....:mrgreen:

on a side note I was going to stop in and see you last sunday while I was in vic, but ended up waiting for the 7pm ferry (was there intime for the 5pm but a 2 sailing wait) and then I had to go load a wood stove in the back of the truck. and because work called I had to take the 7am ferry home on monday.

No, I don't think they're tough at all, but we had a push up challenge at work last month and most male participants couldn't do 15 :) Only 2 of my younger co-workers could do over 30!
