just get a Mandarine goby and a 6 line wrass and you will see a lot less bugs in no time.

Bannana wrasse , mine eats everything even bristle worms ( wish he wouldent) , and isnt mean like a 6 line .

I think its cuz I only have 3 fish and 250 gallons of total volume...... Lots of room for them to hide and reproduce without getting eaten

That would do it.

At that size, if it is established you should have no problem sustaining a mandarin goby.

Give it time. Perhaps you have a overpopulation of certain "critters" that are thriving due to your cycle. Over time as the cycle and ecosystem stabilizes they might drop in population. The whole circle of life thing but in an aquarium.
