Ha! Living in Edmonton and being a Canucks fan I share your pain! As for the oilers.... not a fan never have been! I will cheer for calgary any time this year! they have a great young team!

all you edmonton and canuck fans are in trouble. flames played 2 solid games and moss's goal last night was a joke on edmonton last night

as for the CFL its looking like calgary and monteal and going to have at it again

They must have good crack in calgary!! I wouldn't be too pumped with that lucky win Flames fans! You got outplayed, outshot and outhit. Yes, you won the game but on a very unfortunate bounce. Without kipper that would have been an embarrasing loss for the shames, I mean flames! You better hope he doesn't get tired or hurt this year or you guys is screwed.

oh edmonton fan's are always always so defensive. with the 4th goal going down as it did last night (the moss goal) that should be a lesson learned by the "city of champ's"

on that note i send my regards north with what i think:

ya, real original! Hahahahaha. Not being defensive, just telling the truth! No kipper= flames in trouble!

ya i will agree, but look at his stat's since starting with the flames. he has slowly declined in the past 4 seasons. I actually thought edmonton would be a solid team this year but it is still early in the season.

they will, lots of changes in the off season, and overall a very young team. Moss in the interview last night said he was just trying to force khabby to do something and it was just a fluke it went towards the net. the after show was talking about the oilers and the flames being the strongest they have been in over 15 years and how it should be interesting this year. so we will see how the changes the oilers did in the off season work. but from what I saw last night, the oilers are hitting more and harder, shooting the puck more.

edmonton outshot the flames 34 to 21.
edmonton took one less penility.
edmonton out hit Calgary, hell even sam gagner got into a fight and won.
and acording to after the game the pannel all agreed that edmonton out skated calgary by a mile.

last year it would have been the other way around so looks promising.

Thanks Lance
