The distributer called me after I called J&L (where I bought it)
 
they will be sending out a replacement piece that will fix the problem....thanks for your help:)

Initial batch of impellers had a faulty ceramic material that wore out super fast which caused an imbalance in the motor, hence the vibration.

hmmm wonder if I ever flash mine up if I am going to have this problem...

I doubt it. Mine was from the first batch and it's still kickin' strong. I took it apart the other day just to check. There was a few impellers that show absolutely no wear whatsoever. Those are the super pimp-mack daddy impellers since they're still made out of the zirconium ceramic material. That stuff is amazing, you can whip it twenty feet into the air, have it land on concrete have it come out in one piece... Too bad about the bad batch...
