Nice. How much did the glass cost, If you don't mind me asking. Next tank, I think I'm building it too.

It's 12mm glass, 3 sides starphire, all edges polished, 4 holes in the base.

So over the weekend I got the tank built and the back painted. Got it on the stand in position and filled. I also managed to get all the livestock from the holding tank into the new tank.


These are the overflow covers, I opted for laser cut as appose to using a router, so much easier.

The eggcrate will be used for supporting some of the rock.

All livestock is in, water is a little cloudy from the move but it was nice and clear this morning.

Tonight I'm hoping to install the light fixture and do some of the aquascaping. I still have to build a sump and finish the plumbing.

Got the rock work roughed in and the light fixture up last night. Still have to build a sump, plumb it and skin the stand, among other things.

Thanks, I'd say about 16" long, it's big :surprise:
