Pretty sure you were the couple then. I remember the guy (you?) was asking about the Duncan frags, and the woman was wearing a dark jacket. I was scoping the display tanks' corals, and not really paying attention to the other customers. :D

were you with another guy and a girl, and said you were going to grow your own crab and eat it? Did you buy a damsel fish?

LMAO!!! No, not me. I didn't buy anything, my tanks are still in BC. White jeans, black sweater, blonde hair. Hard to miss in a small store like that. ;)

Ok any help with clams??

lobsterboy 03-01-2009 06:44 AM

hey Mark,

congrads on the clam. you gotta get me a pic

From my previous experince, i would, place a small flat rock under the clam, so he can attach to it. the rock can be placed anywhere, and can be hidden in most DSB. the rock will help protect the clam, from nasty worms, etc, that might try to eat it while sitting in the sandbed, from the bottom up, without you noticing it.

also maybe some spot of wrasse, maybe a sixline( because its my fav) to protect from parasadic snails.

I have heard that placing a clam inside one half of an old clam shell works even better than a rock.
