Really? Both of them? It would be neat to see them go to someone I know so well. You could keep me appraised of how they are doing.

I know you really love your corals. I would want to warn you that the male Trigger fragged a digitata for me the other day. He doesn't bite them or anything...he just gets a good head-of-steam going and the coral doesn't get out of the way in time. (Digitatas are fragile...)

I wouldn't expect any problems with any other fish.

I'll have to talk to the Boss. And She's in Calgary until tomorrow night.

Blue Throats are one of my all time favourite fish and those would be so cool looking to see in Jason's tank! Jason if you get them, pics, pics, pics !

hey Untamed, After sleeping on it I'm sorry but I'm going to back out.
My Fish right now are all getting along. They all have a ton of growth still to come. So I think it wouldn't be a possitive thing to introduce 2 more large fish. Sorry, I've allways wanted a pair of blue throats, but have to resiste the urge for the continued health of my current fish and corals.

Again sorry. I feel crappy for jumping on that then now backing out. Hope you understand

Sounds nice....but too far away and not soon enough! The male is living in my water change sump, which prevents me from doing a water change (unless I catch him, move him out, then move him back...)

The female is proving to be much more difficult to catch. The male was so food oriented that it was pretty quick. She's just timid.

As soon as I can catch her, the pair are going to live at the Vancouver Aquarium.

They'll take them? Wow that will be neat!

Male is just slightly larger than the female, and is likely 6". They need a large (300+ gallon), GLASS tank...reef or fish-only.

First time I've heard of blue throat triggers scratching up an acrylic tank to the extent you described! Was the damage that severe? I wonder if it had something to do with the particular personality of the triggers you had? I have a 6' 180g acrylic and was hoping to get a mated pair of blue throats, but now I'm wondering about your unfortunate experience....any advice, comments, suggestions appreciated.
