I absolutely agree, if they are shopping in your pet store, they must have pets, and if thay have pets they had better damn understand why you were too busy to help them or they dont deserve to have their animals at all! Don't feel at all bad. You did everything you could!

its just hard its a life a young one at that ill go talk to the vet tomorrow shut the store down for an hour or so and go talk (get the clinic open more then 3 times a week) a nice long HARD talk

Soo sorry to hear what you had to go through, BUT you did the best that you could and you can not forget that!!!! Anyone should and would feel very grateful for what you did.

Sounds like the vet clinic is only open 3 days a week... I assume it wasn't open when the little pug needed it. Awwwwww!!!!!
