Well I'll be damned, I can't find a single one.

Doug, a sure fired cure is to get rampant brown wafer algae. That'll kill them (and a lot of other things too!).

I thought those were called manjos, or are manjos something different. Not sure as I can't seem to remember

OOPS! FYI I posted that comment, I didn't realize I wasn't logged in as myself.

I've got some stuff that looks like Doug's too. They're about 1/2 to 3/4 inch across. Kinda ugly brown tentacles with purple mouths. Mine move around to suit themselves. Don't seem to bother anything, and don't seem like their numbers increase or decrease. Sorry no help in the ID department, but your not alone. I wish they were as nice as the one's jkhchris has.

If it is some sort of anenome,,.....................KILL IT, KILL 'EM ALL!!!!!!!

BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

I had some other kind of anenome in my tank for a couple of years (didn't seem like a big deal), then I spent 16 hours one day getting rid of all of them!

They are back!

No, not pretty like those polyps. The manjo,s ring a bell. I remember reading about them on RC. They have very short "arms" though. Do manjo,s not have longer, anenome type arms. I must get a better pic today.

Oh I have those things in my euphyllia tank. They are definitely anemones because I've seen them walking across the glass.
I've never seen them do any harm and they don't get much bigger then that but they probably aren't good

I like them, have a beer and FORGET ABOUT IT
