The inside of the RSM cabinet is 22WX18DX24H. I had Golds build the largest sump that would fit and give me enough room to get pumps in and out for maintenance 21WX17DX18H.

I decided to put the protein skimmer external so I could fit a larger skimmer (my skimmer is over 24 inches tall so wouldn't fit inside) and maximize the size of the sump.

Originally I was planning the RSM, sump and shallow refugium but found a used Nanocube 6 so decided to add on the speciman tank while I was doing all the plumbing. Easier to add it in now than to modify the system once it is up and running.

Beautiful. I've been thinking of modifying My Red Sea Max to make up for some of it's inadequacies, you've done a great looking job.

Here's a picture of the electrical powerbar and ATO system. I have the pumps and filters on separate switches so I can shut down portions of the system for maintenace while leaving other sections running

I kept all my star polyp in this tank to keep it from spreading and overtaking the other tanks

Here's a picture of the tanks with live rock and the cleanup crew. Now, it's time to wait another month before doing anything other than maintenance.

I had a problem of snails going over the top of my overflow into the box. I was concerned they would plug the outlet of the overflow so I added a guard today.

Stopped at Home Depot and bought a section of Gutter Guard for $5. Looks like it should work:

I changed around the invertebrate tide pool tank a bit making a very shallow section with a small island and a cave to hide my Korilia.
